1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground thyme
1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon chipotle pepper
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon sqweet paprika
black pepper (however much you want
and 1/2 teaspoon ancho chili powder
that makes a nice little tub of it for you, i put it on everything, i just have to remake it about every 3 months
