There were two ft10s held on the evening: [https://youtu.be/A8vck698QMg?t=26301 Sawakoro vs fellow team mate Zakuroman] and [https://youtu.be/A8vck698QMg?t=29380 me vs Toru], all in the same, humongous stream file that also contained casual matches. Toru and me both play Leader Vanessa+Oswald, with the difference that he plays him 2nd and I choose to play him as a point. My ft10 went really badly, for several reasons - first of all, Toru was absolutely spot on with his Kula Shoryus, which made it super hard for me to get in with my Oswald. In casuals before, I felt more confident, but he switched gears and totally dominated me. What followed after were a lot of casuals, with everyone trying to get in more matches before they finally had to leave. The time had also come for us, and we suddenly realized we had to leave - we were flying to Hokkaido next morning, for the first time ever. | ||
Sawakoro Festival 2024 had finally come to an end, and it was just as wonderful as the year before. Right at the end, Miekazu and me were already discussing what kind of teams we could set up for next year, getting excited about the possibilities of different combinations of players. It is clear the fire was burning inside everybody to keep doing this, and it was even clearer that we will be back in 2025! | |||
