Changes
- Drastically reduced time to select characters (same in umk3? not sure)
- Infinite prevention added, eg. on attempted relaunches
Ermac
- Telekinetic Slam now counts towards the combo. This change makes combos deal a little less damage overall.
Noob Saibot
- Now is a male Ninja instead of Kano
- Only has 2-8 (Teleport Slam)
Kabal
- 4-6LK: added startup
