Thursday morning came, it was finally time to head to Nagoya! I met Sawakoro in Imaike, where he lives, and dropped off my luggage (he let me stay at his place for this year's Sawakoro Festival, thanks!). We then headed to a specialty Tofu restaurant called [https://maps.app.goo.gl/FKz3FxBog9dpfF1C7 Ume no Hana] in downtown Nagoya. The place and food was amazing, and I would like to come back some day. It was a set course menu with all kinds of tofu dishes, most of which I had never heard before, there was even a milk/tofu mix dessert.
