Rock arrived from Chiba early in the morning, storing his luggage at Sawakoro's place. After Shingo and me had went out to get some coffee, we had an early lunch at [https://maps.app.goo.gl/qhMW7LXCMjC6QHJdA Unagiya Issei]. It was rather far away, but the trip was totally worth it - we ate Hitsumabushi, a variant of Unagi that is thin and crispy. Each quarter of the dish is eaten in a different way - with sancho, nori, wasabi, spring onions and with ochazuke (either green tea or dashi).
